What are your favorite EASY appetizer recipes?

Question by Meaghan Cloke: What are your favorite EASY appetizer recipes?
I am throwing a party soon, and since I’m not the greatest cook, I need some easy appetizers.
Thank you!

Best answer:

Answer by wifebeater
Stuffed mushrooms can be easy. How many people, and what type of party? What is the age range of the party goers?

Here are a few ideas:
Stuffed mushrooms
Pigs in a blanket
Pita pieces/chips with hummus
Spinach Artichoke dip
Home made Salsa
Home made Gacamole
My mom has made a spinach stromboli thing for years during holidays. You get the pre made pie dough that you have to roll out. Roll it out, add some sauteed chopped spinach, (that has been sauteed with garlic and onions), We add Vegan cheese slices to the top of it, and then fold the crust over and bake until golden brown. Cut into bite sized pieces. It’s amazing.
